KareKonnect Agency Access Terms & Conditions

By applying for or using KareKonnect Agency Access, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Agency Access
KareKonnect provides approved agencies with limited access to browse and connect with providers listed on the KareKonnect platform. Agency access is granted solely at KareKonnect’s discretion and may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time.
2. Approval Requirement
Agency access is subject to manual review and approval by KareKonnect. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or continued access.
3. Subscription & Payment
Certain agency features, including direct provider messaging and candidate access, may require an active paid subscription or separate approval. Failure to maintain payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of access.
4. Provider Information & Confidentiality
All provider information accessed through KareKonnect is considered confidential and proprietary. Agencies agree not to copy, distribute, sell, share, scrape, export, or misuse provider information obtained through the platform.
5. No Circumvention
Agencies agree not to circumvent KareKonnect for the purpose of avoiding applicable fees, subscriptions, or platform requirements. This includes directly recruiting or soliciting providers outside the platform after initial discovery through KareKonnect.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Agencies may not:
- Misrepresent their business or identity
- Share account access with third parties
- Use automated tools, scraping software, or data extraction methods
- Upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content
- Harass or spam providers
7. Independent Providers
Providers listed on KareKonnect are independent individuals or businesses. KareKonnect does not employ, supervise, endorse, or guarantee any provider.
8. No Guarantee of Placement
KareKonnect does not guarantee provider availability, response rates, interviews, placements, or hiring outcomes.
9. Suspension & Termination
KareKonnect reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate agency access at any time for violation of these terms or for any activity deemed harmful to the platform, providers, or users.
10. Changes to Terms
KareKonnect may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
