KareKonnect was created from 25 years of firsthand experience working closely with newborns, children, caregivers, and families during some of the most emotional and vulnerable stages of life.

My name is Ula B., and after spending many years in the Newborn Care Industry, I saw how overwhelming and stressful it could feel for families trying to find trustworthy, experienced, and compassionate care.

I also saw the other side — many incredible caregivers struggling to find professional opportunities where their experience, dedication, and hard work were truly valued.

That experience inspired me to create KareKonnect.

Unlike large generic childcare platforms, KareKonnect was designed to feel more personal, supportive, curated, and relationship-focused. Our goal is not simply to create listings, but to help build trusted and meaningful connections between families and caregivers.
